- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.
- Once your order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

- Reason for cancellation
- Our team will confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation.
- If approved, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
💊 Important Notes
- Customized medicines, dilutions, and potencies cannot be cancelled once prepared.
- In case the product has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Need to make a change instead of cancelling?
- Contact us as soon as possible to update address, quantity, or item (before shipping).
- Changes are subject to availability and timing.
🚫 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
- Out-of-stock items
- Payment issues
- Incorrect product listing
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately
