✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Return requests onlyvalid for damage, wrong product, expired and proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

- Opened bottles or used medicines
- Mother tinctures, and custom potencies
- Items not purchased directly from our website/store
- Products returned without original packaging
💸 Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- Exchanges are only applicable for damaged, wrong, or defective items.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos of the damage.
